Team Real Life
Posted: April 25, 2008— @ 9:18 amDavid Bonifacio has been such valuable help to the RealLIFE Foundation, serving as our Executive Director for the past two years. As young as he is, fresh from college, and an illustrious career before him, he chose to serve the young scholars and their needy families. Through his efforts, what used to be just a church project is now a legitimate foundation—with a name, a logo, a website, a database system for donors and scholars, an ecard debit system for the scholars, a working organizational team, and a good network with other institutions and foundations for grants, partnerships and other worthwhile programs. David is now moving on to multiple business ventures and exciting years of learning. Thanks for helping us, David!

Now taking over David’s place as Executive Director is Lynn Nawata, a powerful lady with Japanese ancestry, Canadian citizenship, and world class credentials, but who loves the Philippines, the climate, Filipino food and Filipinos. She is an administrator, a communicator, a writer, with a passion for the youth and compassion for the poor, and with corporate experience to be able to take the RealLIFE foundation to the next level. With Lynn at the helm, we are in for a very productive ride!
Another addition to the team is Sony dela Calzada, our Director for Donor Relations. Her energy, innovativeness, years of experience, and her wide network bring excitement to us and just makes everything seem so easy. Also joining us is Pons Asidera, our Programs Consultant, whose technical knowhow and research experience is so invaluable to the work we want to accomplish.
Of course, one cannot overlook Rhia Atilano who has been with us since the start, as well as volunteer friends in the legal world, social workers, IT team, finance team, and publishing team from Every Nation, our numerous donor friends and more friends who believe in us and pray for us. Together, this worthwhile dream of serving the poor and improving their lives will indeed come true.
